EL1-FOKUS>Perspective>Target Group: Historically speaking YOU and I began with the first couple somewhere in Africa that came into existence by Divine Design. Then among the somehow 100 billion humans who have ever lived, in 1944 one sperm out of several millions in my father E-egoistically, willfully (YANG) made it to the egg in my mother, o=ready waiting (YIN) to be called to mix its genetic codes with that of the sperm. Then this first physical manifestation of me divided and from then on, those conceived cells have been ruled by the DNA-mix which has formed to what is now the body I HAVE. With it I can survive with this body under OPTION I until death, and socially to the degree I perform in mass-attractive ways among humanity. And now this whole world has about as many humans as my body has cells. But I AM not my body; my being has not emerged from a mixture dividing itself to be ruled by some evolutionary arbitrariness experienced by the resulting physically and socially conditioned desires under OPTION I to basically please my digestive tract, sexuality, and my socially conditioned mind! I AM who I am, also by Divine Design with an innate principle of task-fulfillment urging me to fulfill my life accordingly with my own OPTION II - via my body which allows my outward experience. EL2-MOTIVATION>Forming>Branding: Just before kindergarten, I experienced my mother, conditioned by the then, shortly after World War II, understandably prevailing OPTION I world, trying to pass this sin of detachment from OPTION II onto me. Actually it has been passed down from generation to generation to her. When people began to wake up, crisis and wars were evoked to put their conscience back into the MATRIX to remain unconscious of who they individually are - the how and why is now clearly known. But then I broke this cultural pattern and resisted from within, out of my OPTION II and have ever since followed that inner light.

However, despite that light at the end of a the tunnel, in the first part of my life until 1979, I was still spiritually speaking in the darkness of not understanding in which world I was and what I was here for. My Experience- and responsibility Level was limited under OPTION I to the substanceless ones of EL1-3:

EL1: I learnt to react physically and mentally, mostly in socially compatible ways up to the point of doing a Ph.D. in Physics, as the stomach and the intellectual brain do in digesting what they get to cope with, in order to survive physically and socially.

EL2: Already after birth I had had to learn to cope with symptoms up to displacing some on available scapegoats, just as one does with the waste of the body, and how emotional reactions are socialized when people cannot cope with their own reactions and those of others in a self-determined way...

EL3: From kindergarten onwards I had got into touch with problems, other- and self-made ones, and accordingly, I often became other-determined, above all through the power of the zeitgeist, later in my army service. Thus I learnt to pass problems back down to EL2, where people see them as symptoms of their own procrastination and failures. They can be blamed as a symptom for their EL1-reactions to the problem EL3 superiors project onto them. That is how the elite e.g. managers put themselves over their serves to maintain their predominance on EL3. With their definition power they rule with what they project as a relevant problem by delegating it to others in their service to solve for their fame, but to not get the blame for failures. Such failures and whatever else threatens their position power can then be declared a symptom to be managed - say by outsourcing those who disturb their visions. Rulers rule those under them - on EL2 as people, and on EL1 by declaring them mad or criminal. In that sense they hate the sinners, but like their sins for the benefit they get in managing and cultivating them to maintain their positions and privileges. However, already in first grade I learnt how to take response-ability for dealing with problems in self-determined ways - as do 56% of all people who get the chance to qualify in a number based profession, in my case via mathematics and physics. That represents one of the publically organized three university faculties; 33% find their profession in wordy sciences ranging from law to politics, and the remaining 11% in the art of representing something existing, relevant, or illusionary, either to seduce people or to simply create a desirable environment via the appearance of forms or with events.

EL3-DISCIPLINE>Products and Services>Packaging: Emotionally E-wanting to pave the path for OPTION II, typically my target group consists of people who are prepared to o-call me, say by filling out the form here to work out their OPTION II with them. It is about having one's 16 white keys of responsibility on one's "piano of being" tuned towards fulfilling one's OPTION II. That requires FIT421 (4 the 21st, for this decisive century), in view of and beyond the still predominant 8 black keys people are conditioned to use. There is a way to depict

the crippling effect of OPTION I on your mind, reducing your 9 essential functions of life in a specific, non-coherent, substanceless way: Consider the US-mentality, its 8 OPTION I based black keys corrupting their input (%1- political correctness, governance), output (%6 projecting zeitgeist trend), their management (with its -4 dislikes of what is not "in"), its greedy consulting influence (+2 more of the same, hedonism), its traumatic lack (?0 Hollywood fantasies of *3-egoism)to deal with necessities in time, and its underlying paradigm (%5 manipulation with hidden agendas). Thus beyond the point of no return, the "American Dream" is reduced to these OPTION I shaded fragments from its former functions with substance; production out-sourced, innovative entrepreneurship, controlling and dealing corrupted up to social misery in a failed state depending on fake money. And all this is already the case in some US-areas. On the other hand, the unshaded functions show the unregulated entrepreneurial ones show the remaining freedom, confined with the shaded OPTION I. The full details (see at the end of this site) are taught for the participants' shadow in workshops for those responsible, to reveal how to restore FIT421 - top down in the USA to individuals, or bottom-up from YOU to your world...
Similarly the same can be done for you; your spine is a "piano"; your brain plays it, your life, via the 24 discs through the corresponding nerves using what they control and providing feedback from. Overlaid upon this physical set up of your body, wired in a general way for almost all of us, is the indicated "mental spine" with a corresponding ethical structure. However, the latter's 16 "white" keys operate in an individually different set-up of 16 inner resources all beings have, while the 8 "black" ones affect different social dimensions out of the possible 144 ones towards, but substanceless, towards the correspondingly ever self-destructive zeitgeist. So if you then have learnt to overcome this OPTION I temptation to default to the trend, and have become FIT421 yourself, your USP (unique selling point) can be made effective out of your X-innate core competence. The required inner personal relationship truths and their identifications indicated here are now available in operational ways. I did it with my OPTION II potentially designed (not be my but by my Creator just as in case of the laws of nature) for that purpose since 1979. Thus I allowed my experience on EL4 to bear fruits in understanding human problems with self, others and collectives towards personally relevant solutions with one's inner OPTION II, with its 16 resources. With it, it is now possible to understand your specific psycho-somatic interface. EL4-SOCIAL>Competence>Positioning: I have chosen to face the challenge on EL5 by introducing services, which have no precedence so far, aimed at tuning YOUR "life piano"; this approach reaches beyond EL3 where the elite sets and misuses boundaries to exclusively maintain OPTION I! Correspondingly, under EL3 junk food has been man made to be far more mass-attractive than health-food. Why? Those who do not take responsibility for their cells, such as smokers who gas them, cannot do it within humanity! But now, where the experience with Nobel prize based superfood for cell-regeneration and health prevention spreads, it has become easier to open up EL4-5 as outlined here. This is important in a world of stress run by the EL3 elite still united in rejecting all possibilities of OPTION II, on EL4-5, where the vocations of real human beings awake. Rather than supporting the fulfillment of real people, the onset of such possibilities are projected away by mainstream prejudices, mere intellectuals shadows, which are cast onto the EL2 caves, in which those on top of EL3, want people to dwell. However, FIT421, you do not turn away from your inner light on EL4-5, and with no need to be managed from EL3 under OPTION I, you too can learn to understand how to fulfill your OPTION II.

EL5a-Personal>Conscience>Presenting: Typically my partners and clients are still somehow in touch with EL4-5 and are prepared to witness their inner experience, at least in a safe environment when a critical number of real people around them have emancipated from OPTION I's prejudices. To keep that spirit growing, they are then faced with the challenge of making sense of their experienced OPTION II in terms of their innate inner order of their own mental spine. Similarly after Galileo Galilee was rejected by the Pope, those who got in touch with the laws of nature by letting go the old method of interpreting experiments under, the then prevailing dogmatic OPTION I prejudices, could not make sense of themselves in a social context to get recognition. This changed when Isaac Newton came up with the appropriate ways to express the laws of mechanics, no longer in wordy discussions under a dogmatic spell, but with the appropriate mathematics. And so, until I identified the 1728 open-ended generative principles in 1979 that do justice to each and everyone's "being piano", and thus created the still everywhere missing Applied Personal Science APS©, humanity was at a loss to cultivate the real meaning of human beings. By just cultivating the three general faculties science, the understanding of real human systems (individuals, relationships, teams, cultures) is inhibited! Thus EL4-5 is hindered to allow Life-Fulfilling Platforms, which can overcome outdated organizations; those which need to sacrifice real people's lifefulfillment so that the mediocre and wasteful OPTION I show can go on. Take the gay who did the famous Marlboro add, he ended up with lung cancer, so we got the "taste for it". On EL2 they say like the snake in paradise: "We die anyway, why not with some pleasures beforehand?"

EL5b-Conversion from the personal to the social > Timely Exchange of Project-Oriented Competence: Above I have outlined the fact that attaining or expressing OPTION II is the bottleneck for the 21st century, whether you are already aware of this utmost necessity or not. So the remaining question is not whether you like what I have indicate and what I can offer, but whether you want to dread on under OPTION I having your OPTION II overwritten by the social constraints and pressures, amplified with the information flood, as part of the problem, OR if you want to become part of the solution for this decisive century with your OPTION II!

Are you ready to understand what can and should be dealt with and apply it outside the box? Similarly superfood is available for your cells so your whole body can get fit enough to stand up under OPTION I (in your job, from the  EL2-prejudice you get from your EL3 "superiors", and those who would like to be so). With ready made OPTION II conscience structures, it it now possible to mentally and spiritually revitalize humans crippled physically and mentally by OPTION I and help them to take responsibility for their EL4-understanding of solutions with their full OPTION II potential. There is an inner way to make sense of your life and to allow you to focus on your EL4 motivation and discipline it towards your EL5-fulfillment, rather than defaulting to OPTION I in a fatalistic way. The latter leaves you in your unfinished emotions of tension, anger about failed emotional expectations, which result in guilt over one's wasted time, and resources, up to getting literally dammed/traumatized from one's OPTION II. That lowers people via the psycho-somatic interface down to suffering EL2-symptoms, even to mad or criminal EL1-reactions, where humans become their own worst enemy! Such social risks then enhance the need to have them managed as an EL3-problem under OPTION I - a devil's circle with increasing health and social costs, disrupted  relations and worse, rendering knowledge work ineffective! This creates more and more unfulfilling and thus unfulfilled people wasting more and more resources uselessly.

Why do the USA have %-wise more people imprisoned than any other country? It has degenerated to become the lead culture of OPTION I! And within that cult, what I offer here, is seen as inferior; in fact so challenging, that all my doing is attacked by all the eight black keys trying to evoke my so called eight "dark evil inner voices" against my OPTION II say say:

"1) you cannot live with it in this world, 2) its appearance is not exciting enough to convince anybody, 3) it does not grow in any way, 4) it does not stop any evil, 5) it is not socially compatible, 6) it cannot be used to arouse a mass for a political agenda, 7) it allows not economically viable new trend, 8) it is against the zeitgeist..." - just notice what your eight dark evil inner voices whisper in you to keep your OPTION II locked... what can you muster to overcome them???

The zeitgeist requires appeasing opinions or you will be mobbed as very bad. However my intuition (connection to the Creator in my conscience) points me to what is unsatisfactory and what can be done about it - that is what I have worked out and witnessed here. So you are entitled to put it, and me down as inferior because I am not socially compatible having thus stepped outside the box; worse, uncovered the so far hidden  secret of the MATRIX.
